Onboarding

Your journey begins with a personalized onboarding session with one of our therapists.

Together, we explore your goals, what you’re currently experiencing, and what you’re hoping to create or improve in your brain health. Whether that’s clarity, performance, regulation, or recovery—this is where we begin to map it out.

You’ll also be introduced to the tools and technologies within our NeuroLounge, learning how each one can support your nervous system and overall brain function.

To give us a clear starting point, onboarding may include a cognitive screen and brain-based assessments (such as EEG), allowing us to build an objective understanding of your brain health and guide your experience moving forward.

Utilize the lounge

The Brain Health Collective is a monthly membership designed to support consistency and ease.

You’ll have the flexibility to book sessions within the NeuroLounge and engage with the tools and technologies that align with your goals. Sessions are typically 30 minutes and can be customized based on the plan you and your therapist have created.

This is your space to pause, reset, and actively support your brain and nervous system—whether you’re in a phase of healing, building capacity, or optimizing performance.

Ongoing support & check-ins

You’re not doing this alone.

As part of the Collective, our team remains connected to your journey. We check in regularly to see how you’re feeling, answer questions, and help guide your next steps as needed.

For those who want to track their progress more objectively, we offer the option to revisit your initial assessments every few months—allowing you to see how your brain is adapting and where we can continue to support your growth.

Because brain health isn’t a one-time intervention—it’s something we nurture over time.

As part of the Brain Health Collective, you’ll also be invited into our ongoing Continuing Education Series—a collection of exclusive webinars and experiences designed to deepen your understanding and lived experience of brain health.
