Movement Essentials After Concussion

  • Join Lesley (our Kinesiologist) for a Movement Essentials after Concussion Class. Movement Essentials is a thoughtfully designed class focused on building a strong, capable body through functional fitness.

    This is a non cardio based session that prioritizes quality of movement over intensity, making it accessible and sustainable. At its core, the class develops postural strength, helping you stand taller, move more efficiently, and reduce strain in everyday activities. Through targeted exercises, you’ll strengthen your core, improve stability, and enhance balance—key components for injury prevention and long-term physical health.

    Each session emphasizes healthy movement patterns, teaching your body how to move the way it was designed to. Whether you’re lifting, reaching, bending, or rotating, you’ll build awareness and control that carries over into daily life, work, and leisure. Movement Essentials is ideal for anyone looking to move better, feel stronger, and build a resilient physical foundation.

  • 6 weeks (May 7th - June 11th) must commit to the 6 weeks

  • $25 per week

THE RETURN: A group somatic class to reconnect & expand your Nervous System
with Natasha Wilch

  • "The Return" is a somatic based group class designed to journey yourself back into the body and connection with your Nervous System. This 6 week journey gently supports you in reconnecting with your body, breath and your internal self. It focuses on creating a felt sense of safety, learning to listen to your bodies sensations, re-establishing trust and connection to your nervous system.

  • 6.30pm Sundays, May 3rd - June 7th (must commit to the 6 weeks)

  • $40 per session
